Alpine Shire Council has engaged Infrastructure Solutions to preapre a detailed design over an existing trench type landfill to maximise available airspace.  The cell development will involve the use of an impact roller to compact the existing waste and construction of a flexible cell liner and leachate drainage system over the top of the existing waste as the existing trenches are unlined.
