Infrastucture Solutions (IS) has been working with a number of other parties for the past two years on a property development to be known as Andergrove Lakes, Mackay Queensland.  The site of this new development is on land abutting Beaconsfield Road at the intersection of Norris Road, Andergrove. 

IS is involved with development of concept plans for all infrastructure including road and footpath networks, water and sewerage reticulation, site bulk earthworks, lake development, storm water and water senitive urban design involving wetland treatment, geotechnical assessment and flood impacts.

This week the Mackay Council gave the development the green light with preliminary approval to proceed.  The development will include residential, retail, commercial tourist and water ski park facilities and a childcare centre.
